EENK began as a phone case brand. The designs were considered enough, clean and unshowy with a quiet graphic sensibility, that I found myself returning each time a new colorway dropped, and again whenever I changed phones. As the brand gradually evolved into a full fashion house and introduced a menswear offering, I began following each collection more closely.

Founded by designer Lee Hyemee, EENK is a Seoul-based luxury label that has been building its identity with intention since its inception. Since entering the Paris Fashion Week calendar from FW22, it has established itself as a name worth knowing beyond its home market. What distinguishes the brand is its commitment to longevity over novelty. Each piece is conceived as something collectible, designed to be worn across seasons and years rather than retired at the end of a single one. The brand's sustained engagement with Korean aesthetics, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, only reinforces that sense of timelessness.

If you find yourself in Itaewon, Maison EENK is worth a visit. The iron gate and stone staircase at the entrance signal immediately that this is not an ordinary retail space. Inside, an entire wall is given over to a grid of archival runway photographs, every season documented, every collection preserved. It is a deliberate gesture, and one that reflects the brand's broader philosophy. The navy-carpeted staircase connects the floors, each one offering room to move through the collection and accessories without feeling rushed.

For anyone with a genuine interest in Korean fashion, it is one of the more considered stops in the city.
