Last weekend, I visited DORIM, a Chinese restaurant located on the 32nd floor of Lotte Hotel World in Jamsil.

Known as one of Seoul’s well-established Chinese dining spaces, the restaurant felt especially lively during May, with many families gathering for weekend lunches.

I chose the lunch course menu, which offered a wide range of dishes at a slower and more relaxed pace than I expected.

More than the food itself, what stayed with me was the calm atmosphere overlooking Seoul during the afternoon.
